A convenience, not an index. This page is not required to
reach any node, it is not the only way to one, and no crawler ever reads it —
the crawl runs in your browser against static JSON and never learns that this
instance exists.
Neither this page nor the seed list is authoritative.
/seeds.json is the machine-readable entry point,
and it is one opinion about where to start among many. Different seeds
produce different, overlapping, equally valid graphs: there is no
“the graph”. A list containing only this instance's nodes is
an advertisement, and you are free to start somewhere else — load
another list from the seeds view, or walk in from any
node you already know.
